IB 20th Century History

The International Baccalaureate history program is intended to provide a framework within which a broad perspective of the major issues affecting the development of the European continent may be studied. In addition, students are expected to develop an appreciation and understanding of history as a discipline, including the nature and diversity of its sources, methods, and interpretations. The course presents a broad spectrum of modern history; it also undertakes a more specialized view of contemporary history.
